Who operates Stocknivo
Stocknivo operates this website and its tools from Algeria. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. Please do not email passwords, full payment-card details, or document contents.
Information we process
Depending on how you use Stocknivo, this may include account details such as your email address and display name; authentication and session records; messages you send to support; and technical request information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, and timestamps. We use this information to provide the service, protect accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
Files and tool content
Many PDF tools process selected files in your browser, although the application code and libraries needed to run them are downloaded over the network. Generating or opening a PDF for an account-gated business document sends the submitted document contents to Stocknivo's server for processing. Other server-backed features may send QR payloads, subtitle text and filenames, and business-document fields. Avoid entering information you do not want transmitted or processed for the requested result.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential sign-in cookies maintain your account session and protect account actions. Stocknivo stores your theme preference and document drafts in your browser's local storage; these drafts are not synchronized by those storage features. Your analytics choice is stored in session storage for the current browser session. Clearing site data removes local drafts and preferences and may sign you out.
Optional analytics
Stocknivo asks before loading optional analytics. If you choose Allow, analytics scripts that are configured for the site may load, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or Hotjar. These providers may receive technical and usage information under their own policies. If you choose Reject, Stocknivo's analytics loader does not load those scripts. You can reopen analytics settings from the site footer; your choice is stored for the current browser session.
Advertising and Google AdSense
Stocknivo does not currently display Google AdSense ads or load AdSense ad code. If advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on visits to this or other websites. Google's advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on prior visits to Stocknivo and other sites. Ad serving may involve cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers. You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or opt out of some participating vendors through AboutAds. We will identify advertising vendors and update this policy before introducing ads.
When information is shared
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Stocknivo: hosting, content delivery, and security providers handle requests; an email provider configured for the service sends account verification and password-reset messages; optional analytics providers receive information only when their scripts are configured and you allow them; and Chargily may process transaction information if checkout is enabled in the future. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. Provider processing is subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
How long information is kept
Account and security records are kept while needed to operate and protect your account and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Browser drafts remain on your device until you remove them or clear site data. Server-backed tool inputs are processed to provide the requested output. Depending on the feature and system configuration, submitted content may be included in operational logs or backups held by Stocknivo or service providers; we do not promise that submitted content is excluded from those records. Retention settings for technical logs and backups may vary by provider.
Your choices and requests
You can reject or withdraw optional analytics through the consent controls in the footer. You can remove locally saved drafts by deleting them in the tool or clearing Stocknivo site data in your browser. You may contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by Stocknivo. We may need to verify your request and will respond subject to applicable law and necessary security or record-keeping duties.
Security and international processing
We use safeguards appropriate to the service, including protected authentication sessions and restricted access to account storage. No website, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Stocknivo and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including where those providers operate.
Children and policy updates
Stocknivo is a general-purpose service and is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Stocknivo, contact support so we can review it. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above shows when it was last revised.
